Hi all, was just wondering if anyone from here is going this Sunday to retro rides? I’ve never been before and looking forward to it.

Retro rides are a forum like the zone but for all makes of retro cars, they are holding a car show this weekend at Shelsley Walsh hill climb in Worcestershire, West Midlands
The show includes Rwyb hill climb, trade stands, club stands and a retro car park
I know it’s not a bmw show but I’m hoping there will be some e30’s there
www.retroridesgathering.com I’ve included the link so people can get more info

I went with my son three or four years ago, in my fab Celica GT (now sold

)
Astonishing variety of cars, great venue, easy to find a spot with a good view of the hillclimb, friendly crowd, a really good day out.
Queue to get in was a little slow but I've sat in worse.
I hope you get good weather and some exciting runs up the hill.
Will you be just watching, or driving too?

Thanks for the info oldenglish68, sadly I’m just watching the action on the hill climb I don’t think my touring would forgive me racing her up the hill lol

I am sure there will be a stash of e30s there, and other ole bimmers. The last few times everything has been arranged on the fakebook page though. Worth getting involved as there will probably be a Zone stand in the show ground. Even my grot box was welcome, so join up!
Great show and social, shame I can't make it this year.
