Why did you SORN it bring it to the meet ?
Which C2 do you have and how many bhp ?

I have Simons old C2 touring, it's going in to work to have some new metal work here and there and some more paint and this is the only time they can do it, no choice really. I think 221 bhp on surrey rolling road.

That must give E30 M3 Sport Evolution a run for its money

Never tried but very possibly, it's a hooligan

It was marginally slower than my old manual 540i.

There was bugger all in it really in a couple of pulls. It made 171bhp at the wheels on my rollers I seem to remember.

I just checked, 205 bhp max, sure I've seen one higher than that though, have to dig through the paperwork, with the planned work to the engine we shall see.

Engine out Barry, bottom end is a little tired so makes sense, also still got the mystery water loss issue to investigate, engine bay paint too, the boss has said I can keep the car at work so I'll pull the engine and box at home and then trailer the car to work to get the remaining paint and welding done.

Repair jacking points
Repair rear panel (NLA)
New tailgate and glass
New sunroof panel
Paint roof
Paint door shuts
Paint engine bay
Suspension powder coating
Another re trimmed headlining (not happy with the one I did)
Finish interior
Repair and fit janspeed manifold (already underway)
Wheel refurb again
There's a few other incidental bits but that's most of it, should look good when it's done.
