I know one thing at a time lads, we have glamis before it but, has anyone been to the Selkirk Rally before? Iv been going since I was maybe 8 or 9 years old and loved it.

Might be cool to get a club stand or something there?

Its bassically a big show for all the family, lots of ground ( mainly grassed right enough ) and there are sections for modern classics, kit cars, vintage cars/motorbikes, tractors combines, old steam rollers.

Heres the site. Always an interesting day out

15th September. I'm up for it, last show of the year for the cabby.

Forms in for 2nd August.

A good one for the Northern England crew, as close to home as you'll get for a Scottish meet.

I'd start a thread on here and gauge the interest - I'm retiring from organising meets once Glamis is done.

Glamis Castle Still reserve slots left if you'd like to come to the Event. People drop off so reserves tend to get called in. There's a thread in the Meets section, I'm the author.

Bash on dude, no probs. if you need any help with it let me know. Always a good idea to talk to someone from the organisers if it's our first time, so we can understand what each other wants from the process.

I think il start a thread in general about it? see who would be up for attending, then I can speak to an organiser of the rally about numbers - whats involved ETC.

If theres enough interest I can send out forms and get them sent in and see about a wee stand/section for us
