The German Show, Beaulieu. Help required.

The German Show this year is 21st July.
We're looking for marshals to give a hand on the day, and the Sat eve before.
Anyone who volunteers to assist will get a free lunch provided by the team.
Maybe free entry passes too...
More the merrier, lets make this a short day's work for everyone please.

Basically, set up the site on Sat evening, lay some cones out, lay out some club areas with tape and stakes, flags, banners, gazebos and collecting it all in afterwards on Sunday.
Plus some bods required to point the public in the right direction for parking etc.

I initally thought you just required assistance with the Zoners area, are you organising the entire event then?

Indeed we are. The show is run entirely by the Zone, with all profits from the show going to recoup costs for the organisation, and making a donation to the Rowans Cancer hospice in Portsmouth

Awesome, didn't realise that!
The Rowans Hospice were a customer of my previous IT company (so are Beaulieu come to think of it) used to visit them a fair bit...looked after by the NHS now, mind.
