E30 Zone

BMW specialist Fritz Bits are having a open day meet on Saturday 30th march starts at 9.30am.

There will be tea and bacon sandwiches. Can get your car on the rolling road. Which will need booking with them beforehand.

Also you can have a look around they parts stores. There have loads of parts for all sorts of Bmw's

Will be looking at getting a article in BMW magazine hopefully (This is now happening with a 2 page spread in Total Bmw).

There are already 46 cars going on Facebook event.

What time do people usually stay until?
Its my Saturday to work and I doubt I'll finish early enough to get there before everyone buggers off

Im sure alot of us will be there most of the day but you could always call them on - Tel: 01823 674459 & see what they say.

It will probably mid afternoon before I can get there and I expect it will of got pretty quiet by then! Just wondering what time guys from here will be making a move - I call in and see Dave and Rich when I'm passing with work but I'll try and get down to meet some more members from here if I can. It's not far from me, just a shame I got to work.

I'd like to go but this weekend I'm visiting family in Devon and this is too far to go really as it is about half way back to Bristol. If it was on Sunday I'd have been able to make it on my way home.

Ill be there tomorrow.

Are these meets a regular thing, or is this just a one-off?

Yes mate we do have regular meets around the southwest.

Saturday was very good, Looking forward to next one.
I was chuffed to bits with The car making 228 bhp on the rollers.

It was a good day! I've only uploaded some of the photos from instagram so far. I'm still editing my pictures, i'm having issues!

I reckon its an m60 with vac low comp pistons major porting work, forged rods and 2 rotrex c 30's

No problem, it was good to meet you! I'm not happy with some of the pictures I got, but on the whole they're not bad. I'm only as far as editing the photos I took at about 12ish! What i've realised though is that my tripod is fooked - its slowly moving. I'm having to align the photos by hand on the ones where i've taken several pics in the same spot.
