We're booked in for Santa Pod 2013, get your names down on the list to say whos coming.

Hopefully it will be a little better than last years turn out and hopefully someone who knows someone will sort the gazebo and flags out

I've only booked our stand for 60 to attend, although I think we will still get the same spot.

Last year we had 120+ names, 60 turned up so hopefully we get that amount again this year.

Would have liked to have come, but the Mrs is due to pop a couple of weeks later, and don't think she'd be impressed if I was 150 miles away if she went into labour

Now... We'll need some Marshalls of some discription this year, just to sort the show passes and make sure people are parking up properly and not all over the shot. Anyone fancy donating some time on the day?

Some of the zone passes I can get posted out again but literally only to people who are driving in convoy so they can hand them out to their group, i.e tonybtonyb as I know he always comes in a big convoy, and maybe to Magpie or Rav for those camping... I wont be posting them out to everyone again seeing as half the fuuuckers didnt turn up and me and DanThe paid for posting them all out of our own pocket

A lot don't turn up.

I think whoever wants a pass should Paypal the postage cost to Jim.

They can paypal me it, but I wont be sending out individual passes

I dont mind doing a bit to sort it out but I cant be fooked to try and sort everything for then people to moan it was crap because I couldnt *ank them off while they were there

Same, but later on the marshalls that work for Pod are told to tell people they must be showing their show pass which are sent out to clubs before hand to get into their show area Driving an E30 into the E30 section just isnt enough proof

We're also allowed a BBQ on the stand too so hopefully we should have some grub going, but thats something that needs sorting still
