Back by popular requests, The Toby Carvery Meet is back on.
As satated in the title, 16th October at 2pm.

I think this will be the last one of the year, as the weather is unreliable.

I think this will give people ample time to arrange their busy schedules, so no excuses will need to be thought up.

I've had to put car meets on a backburner for the last few months, so can't make this one. Plus I had little option recently but to plunder my E30 fund and buy a later 3 series as a daily for my missus (ohh the shame), and I ain't showing up in that, or my French turd

i went into primark at the weekend and found where rick is getting his outfits from there are 2 likely outfits probably the brown one i wont say anymore

Is the track car a possibility?

Cheeky request, would anyone coming to this meet, happen to
have a Piston ring compressor and/or pliers/tool for removing/ installing Snap rings
on Pistons
If so would you/they mind bringing them along. Be warned though, you may
possibly end up doing these jobs for me, i'm worse than useless when it comes
to fiddly little jobs, plus i,ll be coming straight from a Night shift.
Will attempt to do it myself first though.

Dont have a car to come to this meet, chromie has blown the exhaust to bits and track car is still having work done which is what I will probably be doing on Sunday.

Rob, I have a piston ring fitting tool and compressor for slotting the pistons back in, your welcome to borrow them and post back when done but you would have to fetch them or maybe someone else could collect for you on the way past?

I may well eat, just I've been ill for seven weeks now and just come down with an ear infection on top of a chest infection (it aint contageous so dont worry), on tablets that kill my hunger for some reason.
I got to go to Birmingham in the morning to pick up some E30 parts so I'll pop in on the way back

I can catch up with Gooner1 (Rob IIRC) he bought chicken the 316i lux touring off of me 2 years ago, nice bloke
