BMW SW - Rolling Road Event *Magazine Feature*

Posting on behave of a friend.

I'm thinking of organising a South-West BMW Rolling Road event in late January, 2011.

The location I have in mind is Engine Tuner at Alan Jeffery's, which is just north of Plymouth in Plympton. As of today (29/10/2010) I've not contacted them to ask any questions, I thought I'd see how the interest goes with you guys first. I have read on his website that a single RR session is £50 per car, however for groups larger than 3-cars it drops to £30, which seems like decent value to me.

As we've just had a meet and the Christmas meet is fast approaching I'd like to suggest a date of late January for this.

______________________________________________

So, to summerise:

What is it? Rolling Road Meet

When? Late January 2011 (Penciled in for Sunday 30th Jan 11)

Where is it? Allan Jeffery - High Performance Engine Tuner. Plympton, nr Plymouth Click Here for Google Street Map

Let me know your thoughts and if you're up for it add your name:

2. Woody M3 Evo

YES! normally drops to £25 when a car club does it. Alan Jefferys is the only place i'd get my rr'd now, known for being accurate and not over optimistic like other local places *cough* AP motors

1. Minter
2. Woody M3 Evo
3. Cook

EDIT: they only tend to do saturdays too for rolling road days, not sundays

***UPDATE***

I popped into 'Engine Tuner' today and have spoken to Allen Jeffery. He is very keen to host but not up for a Sunday So, on that basis I have arranged it for the Saturday (29th Jan).

Price is £25 per car.

In order to ensure numbers and to enable me to organise this properly I will require a £10 deposit from each person intending to run their car by the end of November.

email address is for payments is : woodridgeian@yahoo.co.uk

Or send cheque to the address below.

For £25 I am defiantly in, would be good to see how many horses the IS has lost over the years. Is that email address for paypal and does it need to be sent as a gift.

Hi Sent deposit but have just got this in my emails: Two days ago you sent a payment to taylorandheatley@googlemail.com. This payment is still unclaimed. Often, unclaimed payments are a result of a payment being sent to a misspelled or otherwise incorrect email address. Please double-check to make sure you sent your payment to the intended recipient's correct email address.

A common cause of unclaimed payments is that the intended recipient has two email addresses, but only one has been registered to their PayPal account.

Any Ideas?
