E30 Zone

Been thinking of something different for a while now and been to local rolling road today to discuss next meet venue.

I am pleased to say that he has agreed to come in on a sunday and let us play on his rollers.

The venue is Frost Motorsport in Ipswich, the date(s) he can do are 6th December or 13th December.

I thought 6th might be better but open to suggestions re either date.

The price is £30-00 per car/run for over 10 cars, don't think there will be a problem getting 10 cars together but i would like a definite list if possible so i don't have to get a load of my cars ready to go on the rollers to make up numbers!

Also thought that as it is the festive time of year and thinking of others etc that a £5-00 donation to the Just Giving page on the zone might be a good gesture too.

The price unfortunately goes up per car for less than 10, but like i say i don't think we will have a problem getting over 10 cars.

If i could get definite numbers asap please, just for the first 10 then i can book the date and increase the numbers later if necessary.

Just a quick update, due to unforseen circumstances, the date has had to be moved to 13th December. If anyone can not make it who has already paid their deposit then no problems, will send it back to you, if anyone else wants to come to escape the festive buying season then feel free, scrooges especially welcome!

For those of you who have'nt paid a deposit, can you please contact me asp as otherwise i will remove your names as i will have to pay for you and will not be happy if i have to strap my 324 diesel and 316 carb auto chromies on to fill the slots!!

Time table for the day as follows:

Meet at rolling road 9.30am
Start strapping on the first victim 10.00am
First run 10.20am ish
On the basis of 13 cars signed up finish approx 2.30pm
2.30 onwards, terrorise the streets of ipswich!!
Will be bbq for lunch or generic burger place down the road depending on the weather!

Obviously the venue host is a car specialist and tuner so if there are any specifics that people would like out the day like a rolling road tune up, remap etc then these can be catered for on the day but it would be nice to know before hand so he can be prepared and the timetable can be organised accordingly.

Thank you Dave, yes, it is next weekend guys, thanks to all who have paid a deposit, shame on you who haven't, will be removing names this week unless i get firm confirmation of your attendance thru pm or email and will be booking final slots this next week.

Please confirm if you are coming, the list is slipping down again, need 2 more confirmations please to be able to keep these prices.

A suggestion for a pub lunch after wards has been suggested, who is up for it and will scout some locations out.
