No, but I know the car you mean, on German plates, I haven't seen it around for a couple of months now though.
I've seen the car driving about and we've given each other a nod in passing but I've never had the opportunity to talk to the owner.

A few of my mates have also noticed him driving quite 'enthusiastically' at times!

The food is very reasonably priced, is cooked in front of you while you wait and is feckin' lovely!

Very tasty and the portions are huge and i mean huge
