I have got a show area for 15 of us and the gazebo.

It claims to be The Largest Motoring Event on the South Coast

Ӣ Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd best club stand (only for stands there both days)
Ӣ Free live entertainment to all exhibitors on Sunday night (heated marquee)

It's a Sunday / Monday thing on the Bank Holiday weekend.
We have a club stand for MONDAY ONLY.
All club display vehicles admit driver and one passenger free of charge. Any extras will be charged at £5 for adults and £2 for kids.
Anyone wishing to camp overnight will be charged £10 per caravan/tent
All payments for camping are to be paid on arrival (no exemptions).

So who's up for it? Free if you're showing and have no more than one passenger in your car... Other passengers could get in with someone else with no passengers of course...

Oh, I didn't say I was coming! Terry is not working Sunday, but is on Monday. We will need more deliberations about it and I'll let you know (but I'll probably be there one day, not sure which one - with, or without him!)

what size tents ??? how big is the site???

If it's the same price for caravan as tent, don't think it'll matter. There are showers and toilets too apparantly.
