E30 Zone

anyone fancy a drive up the strines one night for a drink.its only a small pub but a brilliant drive up if you like twisty roads.test your brakes and steering[and driving!]if youve been before you,ll know what i mean.we could meet off the m1 if you dont know the way,think its junction 34a.how about it?

Have to be a Friday or Saturday evening to suit my working hours(I work nights Sun.-Thurs) but I am up for it.

There are some fantastic roads from there back up to Barnsley via Stocksbridge and Penistone.. but watch out for sheep and the unforgiving dry-stone walls

lets pick a date then,how about next friday or saturday depending which suits best

J34.. is that so you can go shopping at the meadowhall?

What about us northeners, J36 is best - Tankersley Manor Pub or Mcdonalds on the roundabout.. it will be a lot quieter than J34 as well.

Then you can take the soft porn route down the Middlewood Road to Hillsboro and then the Rivelin Valley road out onto the A57..

..or you can take the hard core route via Wightwizzle and High Bradfield.

Let me know when you have made your mind up please.. and lets stick to it this time

i,m talking about the hardcore way not the a 57.mcdonalds at tankersly sounds good but i,d prefer 7.30 cos i finish work late.

I live at fulwood about a mile from the a57...I am not going on a detour as its not far for me

been booked for a night at the dogs tonight, i dont even like dogs that much or gambling either

sounds like a fun drive out, havnt been that way since my MK2 escort days, 1.6 seemed so fast round those twisty bits,lol

you might have to have a repeat performance if its a good night
