Ah well, it was always going to be a longshot for me what with moving to Switzerland in a few weeks, but it seems I'm definately not going to make it to Callander, got too much other stuff on my plate. Anyone else that was interested in going can feel free to take my place, it's already paid for, just get in touch with Gary and I'm sure he'll be able to sort out the details.

Neil, I'll hand your pass into you mate.

That's 7 passes I need to get to people, seeing as Grant is going to be first there (lunchtime Friday) should I just give him the passes?

Grant, if you do take the passes you'll need to arrange with folk to give them theirs e.g. meet at Stirling Services or just meet them as they come in (otherwise they'll not be allowed into the site!) —a are you OK with this?

The following are attending Saturday:
Gary Palmer, Gary Morgan, John (oldie323), Mike Brownlie, CraigG, Geri Vasmant, James Hall, James Hall, Jean Hall, Nicholas Clarkson, James Hammond

We should meet at Stirling Services at 08:30 where I'll hand out the passes. If anyone cannot make this time please let me know in advance (I've given you all my tel no. previously, use it, if you've lost it PM/email me)

**** HECK, THIS KEEPS CHANGING - WHICH IS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARRANGE SOMETHING ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!!! ****

OK, so I missed a couple of earlier posts!

Friday now includes Nickso, and maybe (if Englandshire doesn't hold him back) Mikey. Grant, I'll give you 9 entrance passes and 8 camping passes.

Here's the update attendee list (by day):

Friday (passes from Grant unless otherwise stated):
Grant McNab, Ritchie Cargill, Graham Horne, Shona Horne, Davey (Graham's mate), Dave Dawson, Dougie Glen (Ritchie's mate) & Nicholas Clarkson, James Hammond

Mike Brownlie - work permitting

Neil Purdom - work permitting (I'll get your passes to you this week mate).

*** Grant, that's 10 entrance passes and 9 camping passes ***

Saturday (passes from me at Stirling):
Gary Palmer, Gary Morgan, John (oldie323), CraigG, Geri Vasmant, James Hall, James' mate, Jean Hall

Sunday (passes from me at Callander):
Paul Rice, Ian (hartgefan), Peter Duck, Andy Duncan, David Wren, Gordon Spence, Stephen Perry, Bob Gilmour (x2), Pedro

If you meet at Stirling look out for Paul (Ricey46) in his Silver Tec1 325i Sport, he'll get you to Callander and I'll meet you at the entrance with the passes.

Is that correct now? :o:

On the reserve list are:
Teapot (2 cars)
gaz306 (4 cars)

Pass me your details folks and I'll get in touch if there are places (one so far)

BTW folks, I've ordered the banner.

Unfortunately I couldn't get (at least not in time for the show) the banner with the four cars on it, the [jpeg] file I have is too grainy, when enlarging it onto a banner it pixellates badly :( I'll need a better source file if we want to get this banner some time in the future.

However, thanks to Neil, I got another file with just text. It's much simpler but won't offend anyone (similar to the BMWCC banner if anyone's seen it). It's still £60 (priced on size, not content) however that's only £3-4 each depending on how many chip-in (not everyone has offered yet). I hope this is OK, 'cause I'll be coming round you all 'cap in hand' at the weekend!
