Hi All,
For the past ten years, I've been looking at BMW e30s, but for whatever reason, a classic car was not an option. However, earlier this month, my new car came up for sale at a local garage, and it was ideal timing to purchase this classic car.
There are numerous repairs that need to be done, the car was stored for many years without being MOTed for about seven years, and it truly needs some care. I wasn't looking for a convertible, but the 325i specs and being OEM made it impossible to resist. It almost feels like this e30 picked me, and I couldn't be happier.
This week, I've replaced the faded number plates, re-installed the front badge, and fixed the retro electric aerial. A complete service will be conducted by my friendly BMW mechanic in the coming week/s.
In the years ahead, the car will require some bodywork, but having had an opportunity to see the car on a ramp, I'm satisfied with the future adventures awaiting me.
