Hi Everyone
Have been following the site and forum for a while now. Finally pulled the trigger with a 1984 320i sedan.
Glad to be here to share some tips and insights of this beautiful machine.

Haven't seen many Oxford green II's on the road.
Thanks mate. It's not the original color though (lighter shade)... Previous owner had it resprayed and restored.

looks really well
Bit of a shame they colour-coded the chrome and went black on the window trim.
Trouble is I did exactly the same to mine

now regretting it and slowly collecting bits of chrome
There will soon be a clamour on here for more photos

You're right... Shame the chrome was painted over... We'll at least there's something else to work on

Thanks mate! Basic specs it's a 1984 320i sedan, stock standard M20B20 and 5 speed manual, original bottlecap wheels, comfort seats with nappa leather (upgraded from the standard fabric), NO ICE (the engine is the music) and my weekend ride

Welcome, good looking car you have.
I like the look of that dash top cover, presumably it has worked and the dash is not cracked underneath ? It beats the old grey dog blanket that I use .
I look forward to more pictures from Kuala Lumpur.

Thanks mate. Unfortunately the dash is cracked in like 4 places and the cover is to well.... Cover them
