m52 - e30 wiring harness

I'm doing a e30 m52swap and I cant seem to find a connection to fit the m52 connector on the e30

I've read around the forums but no one seems to point out where it is exactly or which wires I cut so that I fit the m52 engine connectors ,please help....I'm stuck
