Good set of standard pad's i'd have thought, 70% of the braking is done by the front brakes in most cars, thusly the need for harder front pads. Too much rear brake will also unsettle the car on the entry of a corner.

I'm using EBC yellows on the front with Braded hoses and 5:1 fluid - I know people diss EBC but these yellow ones are working well for me and they are only £51 per front set.
For the rears I use standard BMW rear pads and this works really well on my 325.
Good luck with the first track day in the 325 - you'll love it
PS any pics of the track beast??

front to rear brakes are balanced. If you uprate the front, you need to uprate the rear.
Otherwise your brake balance "may" shift to something you don't like.
Just my opinion (and a bit of trial and error....)
And you will need a lot of BMW stock pads in the rear till you wear the RS29's down

Dont pagid do rear pads? Sure they do?
I run a different compound front to rear Mintex 1155/1144s works for me

yes pagid do the same rears as fronts
Actually Pagid BLUE is listed as the BMW Grp N pad.
Your Mintex pad combo looks good to me, was thinking about Mintex as well 1155/1144. Reasonably priced. Are you able to compare them to Pagid? Have you driven both?

Only driven on pagids in my exige, so no real comparision
I have been happy of what I have seen of them so far (limited), there are a number of PBMW guys using this combo or pagid combo- I think theres not much in it in reality just personal preference
