Hi we have been running Suzuki Swift all year in tarmac rallys and if its moulded slicks we have found that
Silverstone Med compond in hot weather were very good car won N1 RBSI Rally colder damp weather August we used Hankook soft compond 2 of wich were cut to full wet pattern 4 were normal moulded slick patttern these were first class and car won N1 class by 12 minutes Rally IOM 29th overall. So I will be using the Silverstones on my 318IS next year only because the Swift was sold with the Hankooks. Now is the time to pick up good deals on this years tyres.
Hope this is of some help to you.
Regards John

i use a539's at the back and yoko 021's up front theres a vast difference between them the 21's are way superior but if put on the back with 21's up front give a lot of grins!

I put Bridgestone Potenzas on - I think the size is 195/60, which is a little lower profile than the stock size, which I think is 195/65. This gears the car down a little, which is useful for acceleration. It's a small difference though. These tyres are OK and are fairly cheap (nowhere like the price of the 15" Potenzas). I paid £180 for 4 fitted. They are lasting well too, so a probably not super sticky.
