Hi,

Im looking to buy some polly windows for a coupe, probs sliders rather than leave my up/down windows in?

I may also want to add rear quater or rear window scoups for rear rad set up can these be bought and added after?

Anyone have a good company/advice
Id like to keep them in my rubbers rather than bolt on to frames, will they just blow out?

There's plenty of threads on this subject in this section. I have Templar Performance hard coated thermo formed door, quarter and rear windows, with a slider in the drivers door. Excellent quality and extremely good service.

They look sweet, are they just bonded and using stock rubbers?

They don't need bonding in, just inserting into the stock rubbers. You have to use non pop out rears.

I though they might blow out if sliders are open, thats cool they look good to! Anyone know the weight saving of all windows plus electric front motors?

No idea, but got to say, the poly windows were a lot heavier than I expected when I picked up the box

Yes these ones I have all fit in standard rubbers. Easy Peasy to fit no messing about with cheese wire and glue. Standard windows don't pop out of the rubbers ;) I'm not entirely sure what the weight of a standard set of glass is compared to these to be honest. If any one has done the weighing I expect it's Andrew? I was a bit dubious about doing it properly is fairly expensive unless you buy a cheap none hard coated/heat formed set which scratch at the mention of it and need bodging in because they don't fit the rubbers.

It is 50% lighter than glass but im not 100% sure on that, so do you use the 4mm or 5mm? I dont need FIA And im sure 4mm are up to msa regs.

Mine fittid in stock rubbers and Ive had the roof flap and drivers slider open at 145mph and they havnt popped out
