Track car tracking!

Hi ya! Anyone got any advice/information would be greatly received, I'm getting the tracking set up on my e30 and I was advised that 1/2 degree toe out is good for a track car e30,
Can anyone confirm this or have other opinions ?
My current set up is coil overs with fixed top mounts thinking about adjustable ones though
