right then i'm on the look out for info regarding my tech-1 track toy build.

what i would like to know is there any where i can get a bolt in half roll cage that can be fitted without having to remove/cut into the rear bench/seat?.

the reason i'm asking is because i'm keeping the car road legal & i intend on using it a bit more than my tech-2 sport.

so any body have the info i'm after?.

any link's to places that might be able to help me with this?

the only reason i mention not removing the seat or cutting into it is so i can still use the back seat if i have to.

Don't use a show cage or a half cage. If it comes to the point where you actually do crash, they will cause you more harm than not having one at all.

cheers for that zaust.

when i mentioned the show casge that was meant for my tech-2 sport (so just for looks).

i've been thinking about a full cage for the tech-1 track toy.

had a look on demon tweaks last night & they seem to do some good one's so i might be going for one of them.

please avoid the show cage. half cage is 100 times better than that but better still a full cage. cant you just get a bolt/weld in cage and fit/cut the seats to go around it accordingly?

just remove the seats. you can't use them if you have a cage in anyways.

well thanks for the replys guy's.

one more thing though.......i've seen a few DIMMA show cages for the saxo/pug 205 & i was just wondering if they can be made to fit in an e30?

i must point out that this is for the sport in my sig as i know these types of cages can be taken out pretty quickly.

just a thought so don't take the pee pee as i would like to know.

Safety devices to a half or full cage with removable cross bars so you can climb in the back easy and has relavent certs. A bolt in one is easier to fit but welded in one looks nice and hugs the pillers closer and adds bit more to structual strength of the shell and you can keep rear seats typically.
