what does the car have to have/not have to get on the track and more to the point what preps do i have to take to be allowed on the track etc, 199 to northloop members, how much to non members or would zone memebers get discount???

Car needs to be legal, or capable of being used in a race series. In other words no leaks, not dangerous, good enough to be used for the day and not cause others undue harm or concern. Therefore it doesn't need a current MOT / tax, but it does need to be good enough to survive a hard days use on track.
To get the discount price you just need to register on Northloop (which is free), find the thread talking about the day and follow the instructions to book. The non discounted price is £229 if you can't be bothered to regsiter.

I might well try and do this, Circuit Days owe me a £30 discount so this would work out really cheap for a full day on the GP circuit.
