anybody going to brands on june 22nd

all booked and nearly done next stage of bits to my car

lowered the back by 60mm (finally)
to do -
fit braided brake hoses
dot 5.1 brake fluid (any tips on flushing)
take out fog lights and fit a bit of air duct to brakes
some wiring bits to move and seat bits in back

can't wait

Sounds good mate,with regards to the brakefluid change ive always found the easy bleed bery good,just fill it it and after a little while of bleeding the new stuff will flush the old stuff out,just make sure the level doesnt drop too far or its air bubble city! :D

i got the easy bleed kit and i think its a good tool
just worried about mixing the 2 fluids
one is hypoglycomwhatever the other is a non water do it
there you go theres an idea of my technical knowledge in 2 sentences

Guessing you mean hygroscopic,ie absorbs water and the 5.1 is a silicon based fluid if i remember? as long as you use say 1.5-2 ltrs you should be fine braking systems actually dont contain that much fluid mate,and they dont mix really as ones mineral based and the other isnt so you shouldnt really have any problems

yep its an airlield in fife,nearer to edinburgh than knockhill and further over towards the coast
