it's actualy for a e36 compact but with a few alterations it will fit a treat
it's a full weld in omp cage and has lots of extras and pick up points and stiffeners. now before anybody jumps on me for the alterations they are
minor. fact it will save me lol. i will post up pics as i go along with the install. and the best bit of all it cost £107 on fleabay it was old stock form ears motorsport pmsl 8) i looked it up on the omp site and was over £800
a bargin lol. so it's going to take a while to fit as i have all the mounting points for the cage to make but for what it cost i can live with that
not pictured is the bag of extra tubing and stiffeners around another 12 tubes that pick up front strut tops and across the bulkhead so it will take a while

well as for being shite i beg to differ i have fitted many cage's in the past and this cage seems very well made.
i must admit i have seen good cage's fitted poorley and crap cage's fitted well. it all depends on time and ability
of the fitter. i have no dout it will fit and fit well. i have all the tools to do the job tig and mig welders pipe bender
and am skilled with all the above so don't see any issue's at all

All well and good but if pipes are circa 2/3" short, then i'd say thats shite and unacceptable

As I said on the other thread, best results come from straight pipe lengths that you cut and profile, time, care and skill

Thats why someone else fitted my cage ;)
