. . . way overpriced for they are, and not alloy (or red) as in the ad If your a bit handy with the welder you could easily make the backplates from a bit of pipe and a flat plate. And use cheap intake ducts from http://www.revotec.com/catalogue_airintake.asp or similar .....

Pretty sure he means these. 1 either side of the car in the front of the wheel wells. They have cut outs for the brake cooling ducts to slot into. The NSF / Passenger side duct should have a provision for an ambient temp sensor for the OBC.
