i hope thats what its called, the one were the wipers are, need a new one how much is it and can it be stamped?

To order I will need vehicle reg number, full chassis number
and the 8 digit serial number for it to be stamped.

need one to,is this the full panel that goes accross below windscreen and has a couple of vents and wipers on it,how do i order 1 then mate,cheers
