clips to hold tech on kit

hiya is it possible to buy longer clips for the black strip on the chrome bumper version to accomadate a tech one apron and how much for a fitting kit for the side skirts please?
It shows the clips the same for standard bumper and Mtech Bumper £0.74 each
There is no Side Skirt fitting kit just individual parts,off top of my head
budget for around £20-25 per side
