I’m in need of a whole bunch of parts for my ’93 L-reg 316i Touring”¦ part numbers should be right”¦

Service ”˜kit’ for M40, which I believe includes:
Air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, spark plugs
Out of curiosity, what type are the spark plugs?

I will also be in need of some appropriate coolant (assuming you can post/courier liquids), preferrably enough to fill the system twice so I have some extra until I find the leak.

BMW no longer do a service kit you have to buy individual items so just wanted to check you want complete service items also you can get NGK or Bosch plugs let me know which you would like me to quote on

Hi Brett,

The service ”˜kit’ bits are for doing an oil service which is due, so I’m going to say the whole lot is wanted. Is it normal to change the fuel filter as well? I wasn’t planning to, but as I saw it was listed in the ”˜kit’ I thought I might as well.

I don’t have a personal preference on plugs, but as I’ve seen NGK suggested more often than not, we’ll have those, please.

I have spoken to our service dept and the oil service is only oil filter and screen wash change, do you want me to quote you on this or complete service items
