Maybe a fone call is in order?????? I was gonna ring them tomorrow over some parts/prices, so I'll see what they say..................

It's going to take a little while to get the system running smoothly again, But give them a break as they have hell of a standard to live up to.

Paul was a superb person to deal with and I'm sure Cotswold will continue to give us good service.

They are back up to full staff as of today for 2 weeks as they have someone with BMW experience on trial
