I´m offering a turbocharger that will fit most peoples turbocharging needs.

On a M20B25 this turbo came on full boost at about 3700-3900rpm (1.2bar boost) in most gears. It starts boosting very early on and provides excellent spool characteristics.

On a M50B25 is showed 0,2bar boost @ 1900rpm, 0,5bar @ 2600rpm in 3rd and above gears.

On a M50B28 it comes on full boost of 1bar at about 3500rpm.
Leaving you with half the rev range for a very wide torque curve

In both cases it´s making boost from early 2000rpm onwards

If used with a split pulse turbo manifold it will provide the best possible spool characteristics.

The inducer is 57mm on the compressor
The exducer is 65mm on the turbine

The compressor wheel has Borg Warners extended tip technology.

It has split pulse turbine housing

It has map width enhancement compressor cover

It is a non wastegated housing

I´d reccomend this turbocharger for M20/M30 and M50´s alike for anything between 300-500hp.

There is a 6week waiting period on the turbo from ordering, and what is why I can offer it at this reduced price.

Gunni, I have heard of you being revered in the E30 FI scene. Do you have any kinda of ballpark figure on what to expect from an M20B25 with this setup? Or maybe a B27/B28 M20 build?

It all depends on how hard you push the engine , if it has a forged bottom end or what.

Expect this turbo to be able to see you to 550hp depending on your engine setup,

A 2.7 or a 2.8 will not able to extract more power from this turbo but would come in earlier then on a 2.5

I´d use this turbo for anything between 320-550hp.

So I´m about to order a few of these turbos.

the spec on yours pretty much the same then ?

That A/R is a 1.22, while the new one is a 0.83 housing

Making it spool up a bit quicker

hmmm mine made positive boost at around 2200 which is what i want again really

Like I say, I cant be 100% sure, it's only been on the rollers

it came off there, straight on the trailer, then on to the drive,
I had a little cheeky shot, while taking it off, but wasnt taking any notice of, anything really lol

I'v got to change the rear beam & trailing arms
