BMW E30 - 15mm lowering drop hats 65GBP shipped

These will lower the front of your e30 15mm without affecting ride quality. This is the correct way to get that stance you are looking for and to get rid of that reverse rake that some e30's have. Drop hats make the springs go higher which lowers the body in relation to the wheel. You can cut the spring but risk changing the spring rate. You could also cut and reweld the towers higher but that's a lot of work. So the drop hats are an inexpensive way to lower the car a bit without any cutting.

How do they work?...It allows #1 upper mount to sit lower in the spring/strut assembly and replaces #9

Can you get these in a 30mm drop?
Re:

by richardkeith97
lol no that is impossible. anything more then 15mm would hit your strut bearing and you wouldn't be able to turn your steering wheel

I am interested in these, but what makes them £40ish better than the ones linked earlier in the thread?

those ones dont work. i bought a set of them and they have these bumps on them that hit you strut bearing and they are also to wide and rub your inner strut tower. i think they are universal and fit a couple different cars.

hi... look like a great product and great reviews.....
i just bought m3 evo e-centric top mounts and e-centric lollipop bushes.... im running eibach sport springs and billies.... how will this product effect my set up...?

any lower then 15mm will interfere with your strut bearing and your steering wheel will bind.
