In my *ahen* 316i....one of the factory options was a 'power upgrade' for £75.
Was this a K&N filter? An M3 engine? Or a 24v cigarette lighter?
I wish mine had the £435 LSD....

Power windows / sunroof / mirrors / ashtray would be my guess.
Perhaps it was just the 'power start' option - for the discerning executive who can't be arsed with a starting handle.

Thing is, it has elec windows/mirrors/roof (ashtray?)
I wanna know! I might take it back and demand an M3 engine....£97 with inflation.

does this not mean that the asethmatic hamster under the bonnet was given some creatine and a steroid injection before it left the factory making it equivialant to the power of a gerbil powered car
