I have found this on a Swedish website and its looks much better than an ordenary Dyno..

Its still a dyno meter, but a bit more advanced, similar to the ones that hook up to the flywheel on the engine. Basically, pumps are fitted to the driving wheels. alot safer has the car cant jump of the dyno.....
