Cost of a decent M Coupe in a couple of years time?

As title says. I really love the look of these cars, not totally clued up on what they're like to own/drive but have read posts in the past about them and have heard some good things.
Just wondering if anyone had an idea of what it might cost to buy one of these beauties in a couple of years time? (although I have a feeling it might actually take me a bit longer to afford one of these, im struggling with my e30! may have to see what finance/loan deals are like in a couple of years time also! lol)
Anyone got any cool pics too?
Cheers,
Nick

I hope you're right but the decent ones on autotrader at the moment seem to start at Ԛ£15k. Could prices more than half in 2 years? They're quite rare.

e46 m3 are old now and will be cheaper with the new one just out, which might devalue the M-coupe, hope so any way

They will go under 10k alright but we have to remember that they were only made from 1999-2001 so theres only a limited supply. and considering how brutal they are, they must hard enough to keep in between the ditchs. these cars will become as rare as ****

a pal of mine had the soft-top version; 321BHP of evil, stab you in the back handling - he swopped ends in it constantly - didn't catch it in time on one occasion and hit the same wall on the front AND the back and had to have a new nose and rear.....................
then wrote it off big-time on the M23 in the rain
As the man said, you'll be lucky to find a straight one

i might be over-estimating my own driving abilities a bit, but that sounds like the car for me. want one! now preferably, but i don't mind waiting till they dip to four figures (have no choice actually lol)

Daz (my pal) is a very good driver - he was constantly challenged by the car, and only failed to bring it back twice in 3 or 4 years ownership; he loved it
remember the Z3 chassis is (I believe?) like a updated E30 - trailing rear arms, and the E30 is lovely predictable controllable oversteer; imagine having 321BHP in a heavier engine, with much harder suspension and 17" rims... you have to be a fighter pilot (or someone who drives very slowly)
I occasionally see a middle-aged woman driving one on the A24 - she looks terrified whenever she goes round a roundabout
