Has anyone any ideas how the hell you adjust the height of these please ??
I can`t find my hand book .

Theres usually a button on the plastic bit the head rest fits in to that you press to release the clip so that you can move them up or down.

BTW do you know where the fuel filler cap is hidden? ;o))))
