Trying to get info for a 1602 I'm interested in buying,off bmwvin site ,but it doesn't appear to like vin No. I'm putting in (3561329) .
Can anybody help pleasea˜€

RealOEM does not give you original spec which I guess is what the OP wants. It's purely a parts DB.

There are several online VIN decoders, but when one failed to work for a period of several hours a couple of weeks ago, all the others failed as well, so it looks like they all use the same database, which is where the basic problem must have been.
If this VIN doesn't get results for the OE build spec. on one site, then unfortunately, it's unlikely to get results on any of the others as well.

Is there also a site where you can check if your car is a Cecotto or not?

Trusty BMW dealer vin check works every time. Though there should be plenty of other identifying clues !
