Rear suspension creak

Hi guys. Another issue I have noticed creeping in the last couple of weeks. Low speed, ussually when reversing into my parking bay or pulling out of a space at the side of the road, I get a bit of a creak from the back end somewhere. No knocks/creaks when travelling at normal road speed or going over bumps or rough road surface, seems to only be a low speed thing
Was thinking subframe bushes? What do you guys reckon?

Is it affected by rotational speed or more imperfections / bumps?

^^^^ This. Get the car on a ramp and look at the 4 diff carrier mounts where they join the floor.
This one was creaking quite nicely

Is it a weld up job or a terminal job? Surely it would affect it regardless of direction if it were that

Son in law had a floor like B7's pic. in his E46 about four years ago.
He took over my workshop and tools for a couple of days, learnt how to use my MIG, then set about repairing the damage from inside the boot. Where there is a double skin in the way, he cut around three sides of the top skin with a slitting disc (several, actually), and bent it back out of the way like a sardine can.
Next, he hammered the bent, broken metal back into place, and welded it, adding strengthening patches where he thought were needed. When he was happy with that, he seam sealed and painted it, bent the top skin back into place, and welded that. After tidying up those welds with a flap disc, and a bit more paint, he declared the car fully repaired.
Move on about two years, he was stopped on a road, waiting for a truck trying to make a hairpin turn into a small side road, when a Vectra, whose driver's brain must have been tuned to another planet, slammed into the back of him. When I recovered his car, and examined the rearranged rear end, all the welding had held fine.

Nice. Unfortunately I haven't the facilities to do it. But The Doris' dad did some welding on my crappy fiesta last year that would have held up to an armour piercing round. If I find that's the trouble he'll get the work
