Hello all......

A car i bought in mid December has just landed,,, from Germany

An E34 5xx with M70B50 conversion !!!!! I have searched all over to figure out what kind of the car ,, WAS,, before the conversion was done

Today the car is V12 4HP24,,, with 3.45 LSD... Manual sport-seats split rear bench,, full leather interior,,

as paper says 750 struts and subframe,, (( Do not know the difference between vs 535 540 M5)) frontbrakes 4 pot 324mm rear brakes are 300mm twin fuel filters so i guess there are 2 fuel pump also,,, 100L tank,, at least on the tacho,, 300km speedo, 18" Rondell 58

Well ,, thats it,,,,,,,,,,,, and now some serious stuff...... at least for me,,, VERY COOL

the car is registered.. 16.02.2001 !!!! and DO NOT have the WBA/WBS vincode, but instead TP941393002

car maker is ,, LIPPERT automobile or JML Motorsport ,,,,,,,,,, Jochen Michael Lippert

You must understand German,, to figure this out

then i have a question for you,,,,

Do ANYONE here or there know SOMETHING about this guy,, i have searched a lot and can´t find if the guy is alive or not,, some of his co-worker or any info

his business shut down for 7-8 years ago,, and were his address is today the phone number do not work ,, or whatever

i would really appreciate if you guys know something,,,

Jochen was perhaps best known for his M3 5.6 V12 conversion.... 2 x E36 M3 that where transformed in to a V12 swap........

Had got contact to Herr Lippert and is waiting for some detailed answer,, looking forward what he have to say

Here ia an answer from Erich,,, aka SHOGUN,, our well known E32 and M70 guru

Well, I researched for you the infos about Lippert, and here what I found with the TP VIN. Actually it is a VIN = registered under the maker name Lippert.
Here translate this from German:
TP bedeutet TÃaV PrÃafnummer
Eigener Hersteller - eigene FIN/VIN.

Here the copy of another registration with TP, E30, maker Knoll/Bassum

There was also another small series maker called Klaus Partzsch , he made only 3 E34 M5 535 , VIN of one car discussed 2 years ago: Fahrgestellnummer: TP12189 (18A)
Then there was a Goeser-550i also with TP
