M3 Dealer service history upkeep?

Needed some advice whether I should upkeep the main dealer service history on my E46 M3?
It’s an 2002 M3 SMG, 1 previous owner, with an high spec; HK speaker, wide screen Satnav, Bluetooth etc, I bought it around 5yrs ago from a dealer as an approved car, the car is totally stock and I have maintained the service and history from Berry’s BMW based at Heathrow.
Only reason why I ask this is that the car has now hit 100k on the clock. At this moment of time I’m not too sure whether I would like to keep it or upgrade to an E60?
What’s peoples opinion on this?

If you want to retain the best possible value of the car keep up the dealer servicing. Its expensive but to a buyer it makes the car more valuable. Obviously so is the overall condition of the car.
If its a bit of a dog condition wise there is probably no point.

On the dealers 4 plus scheme (or whatever they're running now for the older car) the rates they charge are very close to many specialist prices, so it'll be worth it in the long run.

IIIRC 4 plus excludes M power cars.

I appreciate that dealer service history is a nice selling point, but is it worth the premium you pay, vs the extra resale value?

They've done value line M power servicing for a couple of years now.

All depends on the age/mileage/condition of the car tbh.
