E30 Zone

I have come across some BBS wheels
The tyre size is 240/45 / 415.

I have been told they are pretty rare and tyres are hard to get ..

Can anyone shed some light on them for me

I have 7 of them with legal ish Michelin Tyres and some certer caps.

Lovely wheel, shame the only tyres that fit them cost £400, EACH !!!!!

First seen on mid 80's M635s and used on 5/6/7 series into the early 90s.

Not particularly rare and definately not valuable unless equipped with excellent RECENT tyres.

Put them on Ebay and see what happens. At worst approx £10 each scrap.

theres a set on ebay just now for £215.... might keep a watch of that, then fire them on. Cheers

Metric fitment only. The rim is 415 mm diameter and the tyres are only made by Michelin though I believe you can by remoulds for £150 a pop !

This is a real issue. They are THE nicest wheel for a 6 series or say an e34 sport but the cost of metrics is just stoooopid!
