Looks like it, but not a Batmobile. It would look so much better with the bumpers refitted.

No idea,
I just nipped into Halfrauds for a bit of zorst gum and I came back out this was parked there.
I asked the owner if I could take some photos and that was it - the owner told me it had been his brothers and stuck in a garage for 8 years over some money wrangle.
I didn't enquire any further

Was he going going to buy some 'type s' interior additions, along with some 'dotz' wheels?

No,
He appeared to be intent on buying some rattle cans - possibly to rat it up

I very much doubt it's a proper CSL. Their value has always been pretty high, even for restoration/basket cases.
Mind you, there are some barmy people about; around the corner from me, a 1967 Mini Cooper 1275 'S' Mk2 has been sat in an open garage for years steadily decaying, while the owner steadfastly refuses to sell.

That is a real CSL just not a batmobile

I wasn't talking about the OP's, I was referring to the one euan was describing.
The owner would have to be insane to leave one rotting on a driveway for years on end, given their value!
