E30 Zone

Hi people,

Got posted this through facebook from BMW Motorsport. Its a collection of all the 'best' BMW's that have been built for and compeded in motorsport over the years. Note - E30 M3 is no1, pretty obviously in my opinion to be honest...

anyone on here know how did they manage to get the E30 M3 engine to revving to a proper heady 9200rpm and get 355bhp from 2493cc?

was it normally-aspirated?

I cant believe they had engines revving to 8250rpm in the 1970s
