Lowered my e28 M5

Had my Faulkner Lowering Springs fitted today and viscous fan changed so now have a much lower, much cooler (in every sense of the word!) M5!

Car looks great hunkered down and the drive is in a different world. So tight - so like a slightly larger e30 rather than a smaller e24!

I've been nervous driving it since the crash as it moves around so much under power, cornering and load (I mean laterallly etc...)

Now it feels like my iS point and go, point and go! Gives so much confidence in corners as the car is flat and not squirming. Different car to drive - awesome choice and great value at 60 a spring.

Heres some better photos - ill do proper photos on Sat after some TLC.

What details did you have to send to Faulkner to get the exact height /poundage you wanted?

Lovely. I'm dead set on an M535i at some point in the near future.

Luckly for me a friend had already been to get his M535 done and i liked his set up and we have the same bilsteins so it was a case of just ordering same.

I think he went down there with the car and the Hartge spring rates in his pocket and they measured them up on site - quality job though :D
