E46 Cold Starting Problems

Hi. ex E30 owner needing help with E46 2000 318ise
Car does not want to start in the cold, takes 3-4 turns before it starts. I have changed-
Maf
Plugs
Air Filter
Vacuum Hoses+ valve at front of engine
Hoses x4 on injectors to fuel rail
Had the codes all cleared at the Dealers and set to factory default.
As soon as the temperature goes south it does not want to start, getting a bit pi''ed off now as I have been on 2 E46 sites without much luck.
Need all the help I can get, thanks Jim
