Pdc Control Unit Location, E46 Touring.

Hi Guys,
I'm about to strip some parts from a crashed '03 touring to retro fit the PDC to my touring. To help this along, can anyone tell me where the controller and the gong are located?

off the top of my head, its located behind the boot trims on the offside
