E30 Zone

Anyone know if you can open the bonnet if the cable has snapped?

looking at a 328i tomorrow (that apparently used to have a supercharger fitted) and I'm keen to see under the bonnet before I commit to buy.

Is there a way to open it (like you can with the E30!

)

I'd be more concerned about the 323i/328i trait of the rear subframe being detached from the rest of the car. Give it a thorough inspection.
