interesting. clarkson is as always the contrarian sadly mainly for effect but at least in those days top gear actually reviewed cars and was therefore worth watching.

Back when TG was a consumer affairs show...not 3 middle aged men cocking around and being paid shedloads of cash for the pleasure....gits

Thank goodness most people don't take Clarkson seriously anymore when he's reviewing cars. You kind of get the feeling that back then a lot of people did, very frustrating.

He is much better suited to playing the fool, how the hell he got the job in the first place I will never know
