Hi guys
After some help please
Working on an E90 m47 at home here
His turbo had gone so I've replaced the turbo this morning
Whilst at it I did the swirl flap blanks
Since carrying out the work
I've got next to no throttle response
I can't even raise it off from idle
And if put into drive or reverse when throttled up it just stalls
I've checked everything I unplugged
And I've tried doing a software reset by leaving the battery disconnected for 15 mins
And I'm inclined to think its an electrical issue because he doesn't even make an effort to increase the rpm
I don't have any diagnostics at home
I don't have any warnings on
I'm thinking perhaps I've logged a code
And it's gone into limp and has severely restricted what can be done
Does any body have any ideas?
I'm Hoping that its just got a code logged that's inhibiting the throttle response and if I clear the memory tomorrow it'll come back to life
Any advise / suggestions will be appreciated

Make sure the rail pressure sensor is plugged in properly and the throttle body plug.

I've been playing with it tonight, and it's behaving slightly differently today
When throttled it just stalls
I've unbolted the turbo from the manifold and the car revs up as normal
I think the particulate filter is clogged solid and the highly excessive back pressure is preventing the engine from revving up
So I'm guessing the is probably what caused the original turbo to die aswell
