Here we go again, the Baur is in tomorrow for it's MOT - the exhaust is blowing slightly on the downpipe to center section connection, mentioned it to Scott tonight in general conversation on the phone and with in 40mins i had a full system in my living room on lone for the test - top banana Scott, above + beyond the call of Zone duty my friend.

LOL, i'm getting to used to this thread, the Baur failed it's MOT (grrrrrrr) on blowing exhaust, play in the o/s track rod end, play in the n/s inner ball joint, 1x worn tyre, front arb drop links and the inevitable front jacking points!! - Scott came up and helped me out tonight fitting the new parts i bought - cheers yet again fella.

As we all know, you'd be mad to just change things on one side so, ended up crossing the palm of the spotty student work experience guy in Euros with my hard earned shekels for equals on all the bits required.

2x new control arms complete, 2x control arm bushes, 4x arb drop links, 2x track rod ends, nearly fitted the new exhaust but need to 'mod' the down pipe connector flange lol - why the hell did BMW mess around so much with the different flange sizes? - welding being done on Tues - re-test on Weds.

Dam thing should fly throw the test this time, every thing suspension wise is new, should now drive as tight as a Nun's chaff lol.

Neil.
