Does anyone know fozzy325is have sent payment for a couple of items and have heard nothing since.

Have tried PM's but again no reply.

Maybe just a delay but would like some kind of acknowledgement.

its not just as simple as being 135 pounds down.
i am going to the small claims court - not that i think it will do me much good but its all i have the power to do and i feel like i need to do something.

where is my money?
where are my parts ?
where is the tracking number?
what is your problem?

ps - just so people know - i have spent over 2000 quid shopping with other zoners and have NEVER had a problem with anyone, this is 100% entirley fozzy's fault- he has lied on at least two occassions to me and i reccomend NOBODY to deal with him again unless they want to throw money away.

another negative feedback for fozzy325is, i sent payment over a month ago for some goods, refund was promised due to items being damaged, but have not heard from him since! where are you!? my cheque has been banked too! realli pissed off! i want my money back!!

He PM'd me a week or so ago on this site trying to buy my Hartge wheels mate so he has definatly got access to this site.

hi i had the same problem with this guy and i dont live to far away, so i went round basically to tell him what i thought and it turns out that a few weeks ago just before xmas, he was leatherd and still in hospital so wheather he is still in there or not i dont know but his family really did seem genuine, i guess we should give the guy a chance over the next month or two, but by the sounds of his mum he didnt sound to clever. just an update but it does take the piss when zoners are ripping each other off.

tbh if he was leathered then i would give the poor sod the benifit of the doubt of course...

BUT - he pm'd me to apologise about the mixup (um - the mix up was he no longer had some of the parts i paid for anymore?) and he had sent the remainder to me and swore it should be with me by friday..... that was a month ago....
so i dont know

all i know is that my pockets are 135 tokens lighter - and to me thats alot of money and i dont have it to purchase those items again -
